Payroll tax calendar of the day:  Quarterly returns 941, NYS-45 and annual 940 are due January 31st.  Employee copies of W-2’s and vendor copies of 1099’s must be distributed by January 31st.

Employees must sign forms for the NY Wage Theft Prevention Act by February 1st.  Here’s where you can find links to the different Wage Theft forms:
