Payroll tax calendar of the day:  Monthly deposits for April are due May 15th.

The Lilac Festival in Rochester starts next Friday, May 10th.   With the warm temperatures predicted this week, things are looking good for the lilacs to start opening in time, but if not there are always plenty of other flowers to see.

Highland Park has many flowering trees and spring bulbs that may still be blossoming, and the beautiful pansy bed (It has 10,000 plants!) is always in full bloom, no matter how early or late the spring weather.
