Highland park is open all year, so there are plenty of things to see, including the Lamberton Conservatory.

Not only does the conservatory have the cute little button quail pictured in the last blog, but there are numerous turtles in their two ponds, and tortoises in the cactus room.  Be sure to say hello to the resident Russian tortoises, Nick and Bella.  Nick and Bella enjoy basking under their lamp and eating broccoli florets.  You can read their entire story posted in the cactus room next to their habitat.
