Payroll tax calendar of the day:  monthly deposits for May payroll taxes are due Monday, June 17th.   Quarterly sales tax returns are due June 20th.

Tomorrow, June 15th, is the first anniversary of Nik Wallenda’s historic walk across Niagara Falls.   As one of the fortunate few who got vouchers to Terrapin Point, I was able to witness this fantastic event in person.

It may not be the best picture, but I took it myself!

On Sunday, June 23rd, Nik will be making another historic walk, this time crossing the Grand Canyon.  The Canyon walk will be televised live on the Discovery Channel; 8 p.m. eastern time.
