Payroll tax calendar of the day:  monthly deposits for July are due August 15th.

The Fair Train arrived on Thursday and Fair preparations are well underway for the 2013 Erie County Fair.

Preparations were shaping up at the fairgrounds as of Wednesday; several of the vendors were setting up and various fixtures were set out at the head of the midway for placement around the grounds.  Among the vendors already setting up were pastries, sandwiches, and cotton candy.  There were also some trailers in the McKinley parking lot awaiting setup, including vendors for cannoli and fried dough.

Just outside of the lower grandstand entrance were these picnic benches awaiting placement.  Check out the stands already set up in what will be the food court midway.

The stands are starting to set up on July 31st.
