Payroll tax calendar of the day:  Monthly deposits for July are due August 15th.

The Erie County Fair in Hamburg is well underway, and there are several new renovations on the grounds.  There is a new restroom building next to the souvenir log cabin, which is very nice and modern, but is busy and has a line.

The best bathrooms on the grounds are in the casino.  They’re always clean, not busy, and if you’re cheap like me, they have no maid or porter to tip.  Go to Gate 4 and turn right into the casino, but don’t forget to have your hand stamped so you can get back into the fairgrounds.  The bathrooms are right inside the entryway on the left.
